U-Skate

U Skate is the perfect transition between walking and motorized transportation. Capable of being worn over any shoe shape and size, U Skate eliminates the hassle of putting on and taking off traditional roller skates. U Skate was fully designed, developed, prototyped and tested by Misfit Design Studio.

U Skate utilizes an internal hub motor within its drive wheel, powered by a rechargeable battery built into one of the skates. The motors power and speed can be controlled by the user via a handheld IR remote control.
